Cauliflower Veggie Patties

Makes 12 patties

1 Head Cauliflower, steamed or roasted with olive oil and garlic 2 cups Frozen Organic Mixed Veggies, defrosted, I use the Bybee Brands from Costco 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 2-3 tablespoons gluten Free flour 1 teaspoons sea salt ½ Tsp. black pepper
Directions: Preheat oven 375°. Blend cooked cauliflower, olive oil and spices in food processor or blender. Place ingredients in a large bowl; add vegetables and flour and fresh cilantro. Mix well. Form a patties and place on greased baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes on each side or until browned.
